FOR USER-ORIENTED FACILITIES
R.E.I. drew up design guidelines for public buildings and pedestrian spaces used by various people. The guidelines contain important points for consideration, and basic numerical figures for signage design.

IN PURSUIT OF UNIVERSAL DESIGN
What do users really need? To understand the needs of users who are under different physical conditions, we have established many networks, and have been making efforts to broaden our expertise from the viewpoints of users. We not only apply our expertise in designing but also comprehensively assist those who are in charge of design and development and proceed with projects together with us, from the setup of methods of conducting investigations on universal design, to the submission of design proposals that reflect the results of the investigations.
